My name is David Switzer and I am the owner of Switzer Communications Solutions. I have been working in telecommunications since 1979 and I established Switzer Communications Solutions in November of 2003. We are based out of Aberdeen, MS which is an excellent vantage point to cover North East MS and Western Alabama. We presently cover about a 100 mile radius of Aberdeen. I am a certified technician on Nortel (Norstar and Meridian switches), Mitel (SX-50 and SX-200 switches), and Tadiran (Emerald Ice telephone systems). Our customer base includes Law Enforcement Agencies, Government Agencies, Motels, both small and large businesses; with systems as small as 3 phones and as large as over 400 phones. We sell and service phone systems, voice mail systems, call accounting, music on hold, and paging systems. We keep a large selection of Nortel, both Meridian and Norstar, and Mitel parts in stock for service and installation. This helps eliminate the second trip and missed business due to phones down, on service calls when parts need to be ordered to get your system back in full operation now; not in a day or two when parts that had to be ordered finally come in. We have picked up several Avaya customers and our stock of those products is getting larger. We service most major brands of telecommunications systems.

Don’t forget that we also sell accessories to your existing system like phones, switch cards, headsets, conference phones, long range cordless phones and cell phone accessories. Through my distributors I have access to most major brands of phone equipment. We are authorized dealers for GN Netcom and Plantronics headsets, ClearOne and Polycom conference phones, Engenius long range cordless phones, Dock-N-Talk cell phone to analog adapters and Wilson Electronics cell phone boosters, antennas and repeaters.

We install voice and data cabling and normally have Cat 3, Cat 5E and Cat 6 cabling in stock. We use a Pentascanner 350 to test up to Cat5 data cable runs.
